Great location. Clean comfortable. Pool area could be better but not bad still. They sell you drinks 24 hrs a day. Bonus! The prices in Patong have been steady going up the last few years since I have started going so maybe that is why. But it was too pricey in my opinion for what it was. But I was just there during high tourist season too so.

The pool area was nice. The location was also really good and right in the center. Even though it was located in the center it was still nice and quite in the room.

I liked that the staff are friendly. The location was good as I had access to a lot of facilities around me which made it easy for me when I need something. Patong beach is also very close which was amazing.

This property was very clean and central to Bangla Road. We had a good view from our 7th floor room.

The view from the terrace of the hotel, friendly-staff, swimming pool, clean rooms and washrooms(common). Also the price was quite decent considering it was peak tourist season. The location is also quite wonderful once you figure out where exactly it is.

Had booked the Superior King Room. Firstly Excellent location! Nice and Clean room on Top Floor. Good Room Service. Good wifi. 24 Hour reception. Nice and compact rooftop Pool with a view of the surrounding area - Cant see the beach though. Though the reception staff were satisfactory to deal with, sometimes they would behave a bit rude. Got a good deal at the reception for one of the activities we did. You need to negotiate the price properly though.

The staff was amazing always smiling and say hi to you it's facing banzan market and have a lot of night market near and 7 eleven the room always clean

Zero complaints! Perfect location, pool was fab and staff lovely!

The location is good for walking around. Also it feels fairly safe. The Hotel and facilities looked nice and modern on the surface, but after staying for a day you notice that there's mould around the bath, sheets have holes in and floors are dirty and dusty.
